EcoVadis
Since 2019, we have been audited annually by EcoVadis on our overall CSR performance. We were awarded the gold medal with a score of 71/100. We are therefore at the 94th percentile, which means that our score is higher than 94% of all companies assessed by EcoVadis, and we are in the top 5%.

Fighting electronic waste
SYNETIS is proud to fight electronic waste. We recycle all our old electronics. In all, 228 kg of appliances were recycled, avoiding the emission of 47.57 tonnes of CO2.
The recycling process was carried out by Ateliers Sans Frontières, a professional worksite that promotes the integration of people in difficulty and is certified by the FrenchEnvironment and Energy Management Agency (ADEME).
Our forest Reinventing tomorrow
As soon as they join Synetis, new employees are already involved in the fight against global warming. Indeed, on the day of their arrival, they are offered a tree! This partnership enables us to plant the right tree – at the right time and in the right place, with complete transparency.
Our ” Reinventing Tomorrow ” forest comprises 170 trees in 6 countries (Cameroon, Colombia, Ecuador, Ghana, Kenya and Tanzania). These will absorb 84.15 tonnes of CO₂ over 10 years.

With growth averaging 30% a year, this is in line with our ethical commitments. Synetis is committed to anti-corruption and responsible purchasing by implementing a set of policies, charters and standards to ensure that the rules set down by the company are respected by all our employees and stakeholders.

Our Gender Equality Index is 89/100 for the second year running. A score higher than the national average of 86/100.
Since 2018, we have been a signatory of the Diversity Charter, which aims to promote equal opportunities and diversity in all its components.
As women are under-represented in the digital professions, we are committed to promoting their inclusion. So since 2019, we've been a signatory of the Manifesto for the retraining of women in digital professions, and since 2020, we've been part of the Cercle des Femmes de la Cybersécurité (CEFCYS).
The well-being and commitment of our employees is a priority for us. HappyIndex®AtWork, Europe's largest employee motivation survey, enables us to measure them effectively. In 2022, we received an overall score of 4.6/5.
